- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am an American living in Southern California. I deal with liquidations, closeouts and end of life assets. Mr. Mike Edwards and his associate Kal Singh came to Southern California. I referred another Southern Californian named Allen Darrow. Mr. Edwards and Mr. Singh agreed to pay a commission to my company for bringing to them a qualified buyer. Mr. Darrow bought over $200,000 USD worth of Plush Toys made by Boyds Bears and after repeated attempts to collect a resonable 3-5% referral fee, they have ignored all of my attempts to get them to honor their agreement. I cvan produce emails from Allen Darrow that told me that Mike Edwards did business and circumvented our agreement. I also can produce testimony from the person that referred Mr. Edwards to me, another person from the local area named Mr. Magdi Alam. I suggest that anyone considering doing business with these people reconsider their decision and contact me at once at [email protected].
